DIRECTIONS

• SensiCalm: Twice a day, use 1-2 pumps with water and massage over your face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Follow with Calm-R®.
• Calm-R®: Twice a day, after cleansing, smooth 1 – 2 pumps over face in an upward motion. Follow with HydraCalm.
• HydraCalm: Apply 1-2 pumps to hands and gently massage into face, neck and décolleté in an upward motion. Use twice daily AM and PM.
• Clear Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30: Apply generously and evenly to face, neck and chest 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply as needed or after swimming, washing, towel drying or heavy perspiring.
